Refund policy

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We accept returns on a case by case basis. To be considered, all of the following conditions must be met:

  • We must be notified and the return approved within 7 days of delivery
  • Items must be unopened, unused, and in original condition
  • Returns that do not meet these conditions will be denied

To initiate a return, contact us within 7 days of delivery via the contact form with your order number and reason for return. We will review and respond within one business day. Please do not ship anything back before receiving written approval. Unapproved returns will not be accepted.

Once a return is approved and received in qualifying condition, we will issue a refund to your original payment method. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

We are unable to offer refunds or exchanges for the following:

  • Digital downloads, once accessed or downloaded
  • Items that have been opened, used, or are not in original condition
  • Orders reported outside the 7-day window
  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Orders lost or undeliverable due to an incorrect shipping address provided at checkout
  • Orders that arrived after an event date but were shipped within our standard processing window

Exceptions are made in the following circumstances only:

  • Your order arrived damaged — contact us within 48 hours with photos
  • You received the wrong item — contact us within 48 hours

In either case, we will replace the item or issue a refund at our discretion. We do not require you to return damaged or incorrect items.

 

CANCELLATIONS

Because production begins promptly after purchase, cancellations are not guaranteed. If you need to cancel an order, contact us immediately. We will do our best to accommodate cancellation requests made before production has begun.

 

DIGITAL PRODUCTS

All digital product sales are final. Due to the nature of downloadable files, we do not offer refunds once files have been accessed or downloaded.

If you have not yet downloaded your files and have a concern about your order, please contact us before downloading and we will do our best to assist.

Digital files are licensed for personal use only. They may not be resold, redistributed, or shared in any form.
