Shipping policy
PROCESSING & PRODUCTION
All physical products at The Phantom Hostess are made to order. Please allow the following processing times before shipment:
Standard Orders Processed and shipped within 3 business days of purchase, Monday through Friday.
Express Orders Processed and shipped the following business day when placed before 3PM EST, Monday through Friday.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.
SHIPPING
Domestic Shipping (United States) Standard orders typically arrive within 5–7 business days of shipment. Express orders arrive within 2–3 business days of shipment. All orders ship via USPS or UPS and include tracking. A tracking notification will be sent to your email once your order has shipped. Please allow a few hours for tracking information to populate.
International Shipping We do not currently offer standard international shipping. If you are located outside the United States and are interested in placing an order, please contact us before purchasing to discuss options and obtain a shipping quote.
Shipping Address Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing checkout. We are unable to redirect packages once they have shipped, and we cannot issue refunds for orders lost or delayed due to address errors.
Lost or Delayed Packages Once a package has entered the mail stream, it is outside of our control. If your tracking shows delivered but your order has not arrived, please check with neighbors and your local post office first. If the package remains unresolved, contact us and we will do our best to assist. Please note that we are unable to guarantee delivery dates, and we cannot issue refunds for carrier delays.
Damaged Packages If your order arrives damaged, please photograph the damage and contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will make it right.
